 At the Bohyer Co., Inc. we pride ourselves on taking care of our clients. That is why we have dedicated a page ( click here to enter ) to the much talked about Federal Tax Credits of 2009. We have also dedicated ourselves to the "Green Building" movement and have for years. Our clients from years past have benefitted from our energy efficient building systems before it became mainstream. Geothermal HVAC systems have been our primary source of heating and air conditioning since @ 2004. Now the government is rewarding homeowners a 30% tax credit. Finally! We have dedicated ourselves to providing the answers and solutions for new home buyers to maximize what the US gov't has to offer in tax incentives.
There are advantages to Building over buying. With the country in recession; everything looses it's value. We have seen it occur in the Real Estate market, the stock market, the dollar, our retirement accounts.......
Value has decreased across the board in the free market. Homebuilding is part of the free market.
The value of homebuilding is down as well...... Trades are more competitive than ever putting downward pressure on the value of their work.
Builders, like The Bohyer Co., Inc. realize this as well. We have built for a certain profit margin for a long time. Now the time has come for a solution; a reason for the buyer, searching for a bargain to build. Here it is:
